Registration Information for 2019 Annual Session

Fall Session September 17th 2018 - December 15th 2018
Winter Session January 7th 2019 - March 30th 2019
Spring Session April 1st 2019 - June 29th 2019
Summer Session July 8th 2019 - August 3rd 2019
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
Northwest Tap Connection Session tuition is due at the time of registration and subsequently the first day of each session. Monthly payments are due on the 5th of each month. Tuition is not prorated regardless of attendance. Close the Gap Discount has been applied to each additional class per week, per student.
Yearly Registration:
$40.00 Yearly Academic Registration fee per student
$50.00 Yearly Academic Registration fee per NTC Company Member
Session Tuition:
$120.00 per Session for one hour class per week
$180.00 per Session for one 1.5 hour class per week

Close the Gap Discount:
$90.00 per Session for each additional one hour class per week
$150.00 per Session for each additional 1.5 hour class per week
Family Discount:
$10.00 Discount for the 2nd student of the same household.
Fees:
$10.00 Processing Fee for all accounts paid monthly
$35.00 NSF Fee for all returned checks
$15.00 Late Fee for payments received after the 5th of the month
$15.00 for every 15 minutes for Late Pick-up of Students

COMMITMENT TO ATTEND CLASS
In order to get the full benefit of dance instruction, students should consistently attend class, and be on time. Warm-up prior to the start of class is essential in the prevention of injuries. Students who arrive fifteen minutes or more after the start of class will not be allowed to participate. They are welcome to sit and observe the class.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Northwest Tap Connection is committed to enriching the lives of all students through dance and life building skills. The philosophy of Choices, Options and Consequences is incorporated in all dance curriculums taught at the studio. Students are encouraged to be responsible for the Choices, Options and Consequences of both positive and negative behaviors as a representative of the studio. Defining the difference between Reputation and Integrity is woven into the curriculum. Consequences for both positive and negative behaviors are discussed with students, parents and the Program Director.
YEARLY PERFORMANCES & FEES
Northwest Tap Connection sponsors two all-studio performances each year – Winter and Spring. Participation is voluntary. Final show dates pending approval by Seattle School District.
Participation Fees & Details
The following participation and costume fees are required for each of the yearly performances if the student decides to participate. Students are allowed to participate in a total of four (4) pieces.
Costume Fees
$50.00 Costume Fee if performing in one dance
$75.00 Costume Fee if performing in two or more dances
$128.00 Participation Fee (Each household receives eight (8) $16.00 Tickets)

Performance Schedule
Winter Show in December 2018; Spring Show in June 2019
Tech Rehearsals 6:30 – 9:30 pm on Thursday and Friday prior to day of show

Show Call Times
12:00 pm for Matinee Performance
4:30 pm for the Evening Performance

Transportation Safety Agreement (Students under the age of 18)
It is the policy of Northwest Tap Connection that all students must be picked up by their parents/guardian or an authorized person prior to 15 minutes after the completion of their scheduled class. An additional fee of $15.00 for each 15 minutes will be billed for students not picked up on time. A signed note authorizing your child to leave with someone not listed on the authorized list must be presented to the office prior to the start of class.
