All That's Jazz SHOW INFO

We are looking forward to another wonderful show made possible by NWTAPC students, staff, volunteers, and our amazing parents! Below is pertinent info for parents. If you have any questions please email 


  • DATE: Saturday, December 1, 2018, performances at 2pm and 6pm.

  • TIME: Show Call Times are NOON for the 2pm show; 5PM for the 6pm show

  • LOCATION: Paul Robeson Performing Art CenterRainier Beach HS | 8815 Seward Park Ave S, Seattle, WA




Talonya Gabriel is the NWTAPC Volunteer Parent Representative coordinating all volunteer activity. If you would like to volunteer, please do the following:


1. Email your full name and birthday to: - Please note: ALL volunteers are required to attend a volunteer orientation and pass a background check

3. Attend Volunteer Meeting on Tech Night - Thursday, 11/29


Volunteer position(s) include: usher, ticket takers, security, class parent, sign in/out, room parent (boys/girls), backstage help.


$16 (+fee) in advance; $19 at the door (Price is inclusive of required City of Seattle Admissions tax)  




NWTC FAMILY TICKET REQUIREMENT: We are requiring each household to sell 8 tickets, totaling $128.00. 
Tickets are required for all parents and families who want to attend the show.


PROCEEDS: Proceeds from the show are used to offset the cost of GAP Scholarships (discounted GAP classes and family discounts), capital improvements at the studio, and for 2019 general fundraising.


Costume Fees are PAST DUE as of 10/14! Please pay as soon as possible. Due to insurance requirements, if you do not pay the costume fee before the deadline, your dancer(s) cannot perform in the recital. Costume Prices:

$50.00 Costume Fee if performing in one dance

$75.00 Costume Fee if performing in two or more dances.



Tech rehearsal is scheduled for the following dates and times at the show location - Paul Robeson Performing Arts Center (address above).

Thursday, 11/29, 6:00-9:30pm: Order/Classes TBD​

Parent Responsibilities for Drop off/Pick up:

  • Please bring your children on-time and well fed

  • Students to be dressed in:

    • FOR TECH REHEARSAL: dance attire or as specified by teacher

    • FOR THE SHOW: in 1st costume of the show

  • Parents must sign-in their children at the check-in station. 

  • NWTAPC staff and volunteers will escort your children into the rehearsal space or/back stage where they will be supervised.

  • Studio will provide a turkey sandwich, chips and water between shows for performers.

  • Parents must sign their children out upon show completion at the pick-up station. 


Day of Show Tips

  • Please label all costumes with your child's name.

  • If you elect to send your child with additional food and snacks, please make sure all packages and containers are labeled or disposable.

  • Please do not send your child with expensive toys or electronics.

  • No personal recording allowed - professional video will be available for purchase after the show.
