Location: Paul Robeson Performing Art Center at Rainier Beach High School

$16.00 in advance and $19.00 at the door (Tickets are inclusive of the required City of Seattle Admissions tax) NOTE: The 6pm show sells out quickly!

Ticket Sales: We are requesting each household sell 8 tickets, totaling $128.00. Tickets are required for parents who want to attend the show.
​
Proceeds from the show are used to offset the cost of GAP Scholarships (discounted GAP classes and family discounts).Our goal this year is to sell 1000 tickets.
Tech Rehearsal Information
Tech rehearsal is scheduled for the following dates and times, and will be held at the show location - Paul Robeson Performing Arts Center (address above).

Overview of Parent Responsibilities for Drop off/Pick up:

Please bring your children on-time and well fed

Students to be dressed in:
-
FOR THE SHOW: in their 1st costume of the show
-
FOR TECH REHEARSAL: dance attire or as specified by teacher
-

Parents must sign-in and drop-off their children at the check-in station.
-
NWTAPC staff & volunteers will escort your children into the rehearsal space or/back stage where they will be supervised.
-
Studio will provide a turkey sandwich, chips and water between shows for performers.
-
Parents must sign their children out upon pick-up at the pick-up station.
Costume Fees are PAST DUE as of October 14, 2017.
The last day to pay is Saturday, October 28, 2017.
Due to insurance requirements, if you do not pay the costume fee before the deadline, your child will not be able to perform in the recital.

Costume Prices:
$50.00 Costume Fee if performing in one dance
$75.00 Costume Fee if performing in two or more dances.

Please label all costumes with your child's name.

If you elect to send your child with additional food and snacks please make sure all packages and containers are labeled.

Please do not send your child with expensive toys or electronics.

No personal recording allowed - professional video will be available for purchase after the show.

My name is Talonya Gabriel I am the NWTAPC Volunteer Parent Representative and will coordinate all volunteer activity. Parents are encouraged to sign up to support staff for either show.

Fall Recital Bake Sale
We need your help to make the bake sale a success. As always we are seeking baked goods (such as cookies, cakes, and pies), variety packs of chips, red vines licorice, coolers, water, and ice.
